COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The health and safety of our guests and associates is, and always will be, our top priority. As we continue to navigate the unprecedented challenges associated with COVID-19, our team is working diligently to ensure that our hotel is a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all.

In accordance with guidance from the CDC and local health officials, guests can expect enhanced cleaning and distancing protocols designed with their safety in mind.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Face coverings are required to be worn by all guests while on property. Our team will also be wearing appropriate PPE, including a face mask and gloves, as part of their uniforms, which will be disposed of and replaced after each use.

Any area where guests or associates gather has been clearly marked for appropriate physical distancing with decals and/or signage. When applicable, lobby furniture and other public seating areas has been reconfigured to promote distancing.

Health and Safety Signage

Signage displaying health and hygiene reminders, including proper way to wear, handle, and dispose of face masks, proper hand washing and sneezing techniques, social distancing guidance, as well as the importance of avoiding touching your face, has been prominently displayed in all high-trafficking areas of the hotel.

  • Housekeeping Services

Deeper, More Frequent Cleaning

Enhanced cleaning protocols require frequent and thorough cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas and items with EPA-approved Ecolab cleaning solution.

As a result of our new enhanced cleaning protocols and physical distancing guidelines, many of our typical hotel services have been adjusted or are unavailable at this time.

Housekeeping Services

For your comfort, we want your stay to be as undisturbed as possible, which is why our housekeeping services will be limited to ensure minimal contact between you and our associates. Service will be automatically scheduled every three days of your stay – but if you would like to schedule to have your room cleaned on a specific day of the week, please notify our Front Desk team. For your safety and that of our team members, we ask that you are not present in the room while it is being serviced.

Should you need additional items during your stay such as linens or toiletries, or need to have your trash removed, please contact the Front Desk.

Pool

To comply with physical distancing guidance, pool capacity has been reduced. Additionally, pool furniture has been appropriately spaced to allow for 6-ft. distance between guests. Please visit the front desk for pool towels.
